ITV (Anglia) Ads and Continuity (New Year's Day 1999, UK)

Now in 50fps! I'm realising that maybe my method of digitising might have some weird quirks with recorded VHS tapes, which...is a small problem given part of why I've taken VHS-digitising back up was to preserve home videos in the best quality possible. I don't know, like the last upload I have the original upload unlisted rather than deleted (link at the end of the description) so you can compare. Any pointers would be welcome, naturally.
