HITMAN 3 | Patient Zero - Hokkaido | Infecting Everyone - 141 Targets, Silent Assassin The virus is spreading. Everyone on the map is infected and awake, including Klaus, all bio suit guys and Jeff with Silent Assassin rating intact and without 47 ever getting infected. 141 targets in total - main targets Owen Cage and Klaus Liebleid (also included in infected count) plus 139 other NPCs on the map. I wanted to create a save on this map with everyone infected while also having Silent Assassin rating but without any NPC left knocked out, so it would be like starting the mission and everyone there is already a target and on his regular route. I've done this earlier and had it recorded but decided to do it again because I found a cooler guard disguise to use and I needed another save for Kill Everyone Challenge with suppressed pistol because in the previous run I smuggled sniper rifle with piercing to later try how many targets I can kill with a single bullet. I also used a different approach and instead of saving bio suit guys for the end, I focused on infecting them first and also use couple various ways to get accident KOs on them to keep Silent Assassin which saved some time and infecting everyone on the map took only an hour. So with everyone infected and Silent Assassin rating intact Kill Everyone Challenge from that point will happen.
