Juice WRLD Recording "Legends" - Full Studio Session - 06.18.2018

"Legends," produced by Russell Chell and Take A Daytrip and engineered by Max Lord, is a tribute track from Juice WRLD’s Too Soon... era, created in honor of the late Lil Peep and XXXTENTACION. Also known as “legends :(,” the song originates from the Pro Tools session titled broken tears juice v1.6 legends.ptx with the instrumental Take A Daytrip x Russ Chell – Broken Tears [inst demo 1]. It was recorded on June 18, 2018, at Chalice Recording Studio in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA, and was first previewed and teased the same day. “Legends” was officially released on June 19, 2018, as Track #1 on the Too Soon... EP, later re-released as Track #23 on the Fighting Demons (Digital Deluxe Edition). The track runs 3:11 in length. The full studio session later leaked on December 8, 2025, coinciding with the six-year anniversary of Juice WRLD’s passing.
