Watch live as Pope Leo XIV meets with caregivers and guests of the Accueil Notre-Dame at the Sanctuary of Lourdes. Inaugurated in 1997 and conceived as a “large family home,” the Accueil Notre-Dame provides accommodation and assistance to sick and elderly pilgrims. The facility is supported by employees, consecrated men and women, and hundreds of volunteers. The meeting will include testimonies from a doctor and a staff member, an address by Pope Leo XIV, the presentation of a gift, the Lord’s Prayer and a blessing. At the conclusion, the Pope will personally greet several sick people and representatives of associations serving at the Sanctuary.
