Buffalo Outer Harbor - features a Tragically Hip concert that ultimately got RAINED OUT. Here is AUDIO ONLY of Gord Downie talking, entertaining the wet crowd as the crew try to restore the equipment which ended up being damaged. Fans jumped into the Merch tents, beer tents and ran for the parking lots while the last recluse crowd stuck around for banter and hope from the Hip's front man. Gord stuck it out on stage with the crowd and thought it could work out but it didn't..... here is what he had to say.
