Bauan To Tingloy Island - Hidden Paradise Islands Of Batangas

Today we leave bauan island and head to tingloy island, tingloy island can be considered as hidden paradise islands of batangas in the philippines Batangas has many islands around its coasts that people will not of heard of and may not know how to actually reach those islands, We had never heard of these islands before so we feel very lucky to have been able to visit thank to cai. tingloy is perfect for us and our hunt for hidden gems of the philippines We started by leaving bauan island and heading back to the mainland and getting a tricycle to lamery. From lamery we took a private jeepney to the port ready to catch the boat to tingloy. The boat leaves only a few times per day so make sure you know what times the boat will leave as as boat service in the philippines. After paying the 160 pesos boat fee and terminal fee you will arrive at the beautiful tingloy island. The island is very small and has a real village feel to it which is nothing like we have felt before. I do not think you can rent a motorbike here although we did not ask any locals. Most used transport on the island is tricycle and there are plenty driving around. It is advised to buy your food at the port before coming to tingloy although i think it is possible to eat here and buy some things to make food with on the island.
