doing stand up comedy in Japan

Doing stand-up comedy in Japan is interesting. I perform in both Japanese and English, but sometimes that comes with a little confusion. Every now and then, Japanese audience members who don’t speak English will show up to my English shows because they didn’t realize from the poster that the show was in English. This was one of those shows! 😂💕 When that happens, I usually throw out whatever I had planned and just try to entertain everyone in the room.
