Using Dimensional Fabric Paint as Outliner.

In this video we are looking at using dimensional fabric paint as an outliner in your glass painting. The particular Fabric Paint we use is by "Tulip" but there are several other brands out there (which we haven't tested yet). There are several reasons for trying this dimensional paint. Good outliners are getting hard to find and they can be a bit expensive especially when bought in tube. This comes in a bottle so you can use a piping bag and return any unsued back into the bottle. Finally is comes in all sorts of colours and finishes: Metallic, Glitter, Neon, Glow in the Dark etc. We had mixed results in the test so best to take a look before you try it.
