I stayed at Mingle High Street hostel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for $12. Here's what happened... This is one of the coolest hostels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in my opinion. The whole place looks like an antique museum. There is also a cafe and a swimming pool. The location is perfect.
