MY HOPE FOR HEALING.* ❤️ I was honored to be part of the *Healing Humanity 24-Hour LIVE event**, joining an incredible panel for the pre-release show leading up to the release of the *Healing Humanity documentary. For years, I struggled with my health, my weight, my mobility, and the feeling that life was passing me by. I know what it feels like to struggle, to lose hope, and to wonder if things will ever get better. On July 27, 2025, I began my Carnivore journey. Since then, I've lost over 150 pounds and experienced changes in my life that go far beyond the number on the scale. I'm walking again, finding energy I never thought I'd have, and rediscovering parts of myself I thought were lost forever. At 66 years old, I'm still learning, still growing, and still sharing my journey in the hope that my story might encourage someone else who is struggling. This video contains the approximately 30 minutes I recorded of my time on the panel during this special pre-release event.
