Easy Woops to Sketchy Valleys – Solo DR‑Z Ride in Yerriyong NSW

Solo ride through Yerriyong, NSW — just outside Nowra in the Shoalhaven region. Started off with a heap of easy woops to warm up, then pushed deeper into the unmaintained powerline roads. Saw a few 4x4s picking their way around the muddy sections, but on the Suzuki DR‑Z4S (and riding solo) I wasn’t game to drop into the deeper valley tracks. A few spots forced me to turn back, wondering if I’d ever find a way through without getting stuck. Eventually made it back to the maintained road — no crashes, no getting lost, and picked up some confidence in the motorbike‑only zones. Great little adventure and a good look at what Yerriyong has to offer for light off‑roading.
