Fallout 4 - OPEN HOUSE - Virtual Workshop facility - settlement tour

I still love playing this game even into 2020 - After completing the game a couple times all I pretty much do now is build settlements, and sometimes scrap those and build new or bigger ones. I find building a good way to chill, and every now and then I wander the wasteland to pick some fights. This is my first settlement tour and thought I'd start out with my latest build which is my VR Workshop Facility which houses and guards my VR Workshop chair. I opted for a clean, almost pre-war look, which come on after 200 years I think people would figure out how to clean their place up. I use a multitude of mods and CC stuff - mainly ones that have new and cool building objects/items. I have been inspired many times by other peoples video tours that I thought I'd upload one of my own in hopes of doing the same. So leave your weapons at the gate and let's take the tour.
