RAINBOW WAX Encaustic and Pan Pastel Tutorial

This video shows some insight into a couple of ways to use Pan pastels in your encaustic mixed media artwork. These boards are prepped with chalk paint. I create an underpainting, texture and incise lines filling them with oil paint. I hope you enjoy this peek into creating Rainbow Wax!
