How to Clean and Restore a RUSTED Flattop Griddle

This is a Campchef Gridiron 36" Flattop Griddle that I have had since May of 2024. I cooked on it three times in mid summer of 2024 and then I rolled it into my garage and never touched it again until this week. Literally it sat and developed some rust, with the food from my last two cooks were sitting on the Grill for almost 9 months.
