Send M-Pesa payment reminders automatically on WhatsApp #AAWC

Still sending "Hi, just following up on that payment…" messages one by one? Let's automate it, live. In this #AAWC live build, we create a Cash Collector on the CIRA IQ canvas: a no-code workflow that finds customers who haven't paid, sends them an M-Pesa STK push, and follows up on WhatsApp automatically. 🔧 What we build, step by step: ⏰ Schedule Trigger: runs the workflow automatically at a set time every day 📊 Google Sheets: pulls your customer and payment list 🔍 Filter: keeps only the people who haven't paid 🔁 Loop: handles one customer at a time 📧 Gmail: reads, filters and sends payment emails 📲 M-Pesa: asks the customer to pay with an STK push straight to their phone ✅ If / Else: checks whether the payment went through 💬 WhatsApp: sends the right follow-up for paid and unpaid customers 🚨 Error Trigger: alerts you on WhatsApp if anything in the workflow fails Who it's for: SMEs, landlords, schools, chamas, freelancers, agencies and anyone who sells on credit and is tired of chasing payments by hand. 💬 Join the live chat and ask your questions as we build.
