🎯 Watch how we solved a complex dual-scoop feeding challenge with our custom 27" vibratory feeder system, achieving 70 parts per minute with consistent orientation.
The Challenge: Our customer required both scoop styles to be oriented horizontally, with the handle positioned down and away from the bowl center, exiting through a single horizontal discharge, all at a consistent rate of 70 parts per minute.
Our Custom Solution:
• 27" vibratory bowl feeder with integrated quick dump feature for fast changeover and jam recovery
• Tool steel track paired with inline drive system for maximum durability and smooth part transfer
• Holdback/release mechanism with part present sensor ensuring consistent, controlled flow
• Photocell shutoff system prevents overfeeding and enables autonomous operation
• Lexan dust cover maintains clean work environment and protects parts during operation
