Harrisburg Ladder 2 responding for a report of a structure fire in the 2200 blk of Jefferson St in the Uptown. Units arrived with an odor of smoke in the area, and pointers out front stating there's a fire and there are dogs inside. Ladder 2 forced entry and found completely clear conditions. Units searched the area and found no fires.
