Two people. No contractor, no masonry, no permits. This is the complete install of a welded aluminum outdoor kitchen, from the crate coming off the truck to the first wipe down, filmed at a customer's house in Florida. Every Fire Islands kitchen is welded and finished in our shop in Homosassa, then delivered fully assembled on a pallet. The doors and drawers come off by hand to lighten it, two people carry it into place, you level it, put everything back, drop the grill in, connect the gas and wipe it down. That is the whole job.
