Phone : +603 92120454 This is another massive township development located really close to KLIA airport, but the strength of the developer is illustrated by the progress of infrastructure development. But my favourite part for the township would be the commitment on timeline for development. Based on their previous successes, they are experienced enough to know the essential elements required such as residential products, commercial components, placemaking catalyst such as themepark, wetland, landscape parks, connection to neighbouring city and etc. In other words, initial projects will have higher potential for capital appreciations because most of the construction works are ongoing currently. However, the debate will be the need of a landed property away from the city. If we can dictate our work arrangement to be working more from home, then this would be ideal. But if we're supposed to report to work in KL everday, the distance and accessibility currently might be challenging. But the weekends will definitely be very exciting for families here. They can cycle around the park, hangout at the wetland, feeding crocodiles, bird watching, playing with hippopotamus, chilling by the commercial area and themepark and etc. The itinerary is going to be super packed.
