All their advice backfires on Pierce as he tries to dance with Bianca. Chester, with a crush on Bianca, and Jillian, with a crush on Troy, team up with Chester's weather machine. Pierce gets caught in the line of fire again and "weathers" some pretty bad storms all for the sake of a dance. Defeated in love, Chester and Jillian discover they like each other more than just a little, and Pierce finally gets his dance.
