DJ Ron Trent @ Panacea-Detroit (May 31, 2004) (DTV) (dtvPaulie)

This video is Ron Trent doing an amazing short set of Chicago House goodness on an elevated monolithic platform on the dance floor of Panacea in downtown Detroit. This ultimate after-party for the Movement Festival (2004) had what could be described as a who's who of the DEMF/Movement Festival that year: Movement Co-Producer Kevin Saunderson, leader of the "Second Wave" of Detroit Techno DJ Kenny Larkin, Chicago House and Techno legend Ron Trent, fan favorite respected Detroit Techno/House DJ D.Wynn, and venerable Detroit House DJ Herdest Cummings. Nice sound system, people still in the party mood after 4 days of the festival, and a more relaxed crowd. This was like the secret end to the festival, and it was more intimate, with a lot fewer people than the festival, about 700-800 as compared to 10s of thousands just 2 blocks away. (DTV) (dtvPaulie)
