I'm Loretta. I'm 81, and for sixty years I cooked for a hundred people at a time in our church basement in Iowa. Then my Harold passed and I had to learn to cook for ONE. Here are the exact amounts from my little book.

32. Chicken fajita (p.41): chicken strips, 1/2 pepper, 1/4 onion, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp taco seasoning · 22-25 min · 165°F
33. Hamburger hobo (p.42): patty on thin potato, carrot, onion, 1 Tbsp butter, a spoon of cream of mushroom · 40 min · 160°F
