She Left Her Husband and Built a Bamboo Bridge & Beautiful Forest Farm to Live Alone

Welcome back to our channel! In today’s video, we continue the inspiring journey of Ly Thi An, a young woman who was left by her husband and decided to build a completely new life in the forest. After building her bamboo house, she continues developing her forest farm and creating a peaceful, self-sufficient life surrounded by nature. Living near a natural stream, she begins the day by weaving bamboo and rattan to make a traditional bamboo fish trap. The stream provides a natural source of fish, which helps supply food for her daily life in the forest. She then builds a beautiful bamboo shelter next to her bamboo house and vegetable garden. The shelter is supported by wooden posts and covered with palm leaves, creating a simple but comfortable place to rest while working on the farm. After completing the shelter, she continues developing her forest garden by planting vegetables and flowers. She also makes a handmade wooden table and four round wooden stools using natural materials. The round table is carefully assembled and treated to make the wood stronger and more beautiful. Her forest life also requires constant work. She goes into the forest to collect firewood, cuts it into smaller pieces, and prepares it for cooking and daily farm activities. She also raises fish and collects banana leaves from the forest to prepare natural feed. Using flexible rattan vines found in the forest, she designs and builds a beautiful handmade reclining chair. Every part of the chair is shaped by hand using traditional forest craftsmanship. One of the most exciting projects in this episode is a curved bamboo bridge built across the stream. During the rainy season, the water level can rise significantly, so she creates a strong arched bamboo bridge to connect her bamboo house with different areas of the forest farm, making daily movement much easier. She then returns to her traditional bamboo weaving skills and carefully makes bamboo carrying baskets. By the end of the project, she completes four handmade bamboo baskets Using one of these baskets, she enters the forest to harvest a large amount of fresh bamboo shoots. She brings the bamboo shoots home, boils them, and takes them to the local market to sell. The money she earns is then used to buy food and essential supplies for her forest farm. After a long day of building, farming, harvesting, and working in the forest, she prepares a simple dinner and enjoys her meal at her peaceful bamboo homestead.
