MiSTer PCXT — 8088MPH Demo with Composite CGA Video

8088MPH demo running on the PCXT core for MiSTer FPGA, using the calibrated CGA composite renderer. This is a preview build while I continue checking video stability and fine-tuning the composite output. The demo includes several colour and graphics effects designed to test the behaviour of the original IBM PC CGA video modes.
