Maya 2027 - Weight painting the face part 01

This video tackles the lip area, one of the trickiest areas to weight paint. We mask off the lip and use the auto assign to get us a pretty decvent result out of the box. Then we use the smooth tool to flood the joints and the effect is really impressive. These two almost auto tools actually do the majority of the work here and we only need to use minimal manual touch ups to get the rest of the job done
