At the start, everything felt off. My throws were unstable, and my rhythm was completely inconsistent. There were moments where the feeling came back a little, but overall, my form was still far from normal, and I ended up losing 😭 What hurt even more was— my rating dropped too. Seeing the number go down was honestly discouraging. But thinking about it calmly, after such a long break, it’s natural for performance to drop. Now it’s time to slowly build it back again.
