Today, we’re cooking something truly special — an authentic traditional local food from Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, which I learned to make during my visit there! ❤️ After experiencing the beautiful culture, food, and lifestyle of Ziro, I wanted to bring a little piece of that experience back with me and give this traditional recipe a try. So, I headed to Manas Chowki, a peaceful and beautiful place surrounded by nature, right beside the river. With the sound of flowing water, fresh air, and an absolutely calm environment, this was the perfect place to cook and enjoy a traditional meal.
