Zebra finch sisters happily preening each other in my palm

Goma and Kinako, my zebra finches, usually fall asleep happily together in my palm, but this time they took turns preening each other's faces. It feels like it’s been a long time since I last saw Goma preening Kinako. I remember how, back when they were chicks, Goma wasn't very good at preening and would occasionally get scolded by Kinako. This time, however, Goma seems to have done a great job—you can see the look of pure bliss on Kinako's face.
