hiii!!! hope you all are having such a restful weekend xx in this video, I’m sharing a weekend in my life where I meal prep for the school week now that school is back underway! I’ve got about a month left until my ATAR exams, so this really is the final stretch until summer holidays, and I plan on being SO DIALED in with my nutrition, studying, work, saving money and just being the best version of myself I can be. in this video: meal prepping for the week building some stuff (tapping into my inner Bob the Builder LOL) studying on the side keeping up with work an easy gym session and some stairmaster please don’t mind my siblings, I know they’re quite chaotic, but it’s something to laugh about, and the silver lining is I’ll definitely miss these moments when I’m older and they aren’t as young anymore. would you be keen on a dedicated meal prep video?! comment below if so, or let me know any other video ideas you’d like to see!!
