This is a time to explore your inner self, your heart . . . to pause, explore, reflect upon, and begin to understand how your inner self shows up to the outside world. Our emotions are feelings. They are not right or wrong, they just are. They reside in our hearts and in our bodies.. What is important to understand is that emotions drive our thoughts and behaviors whether or not we are consciously aware of them. During the concert you will have the opportunity to become aware of your emotions in a safe environment. This program is custom tailored to give you the opportunity to experience a vast array of emotions. When you can name a feeling, you are taking the first step towards enhancing your emotional intelligence.
