PkMn E.Arena: Petalburg to Dewford

How tf did my rival get a Torkoal so early!? Still can't beat her so I'm leveling up my team and trying to find the rock smash TM along with Flash. Still working out the kinks as to why the arena battle work with specific pokemon but not others but still enjoying the game nonetheless. Manage to run up on a Sableye but had no pokeballs to catch it. DANKE!
