You've tapped "I'm not a robot" a hundred times. One of those boxes isn't checking if you're human — it's waiting for you to trust it one step too far. And the second you hit send on the text it opens, the charge lands on a bill you won't understand for three weeks.
This is the fake captcha scam, filmed on the phone so you can follow along. No jargon. In a few minutes you learn the three tells that expose the fake checkbox in two seconds, and the three moves to make if you already tapped one — close the page, delete the draft, and stop the charge before it renews.
✅ THE ONE RULE: A real "I'm not a robot" box is one tap. A fake one wants you to send a text, install something, or hurry. The moment a checkbox gives you an extra step, close the page. Do not send the text. Not even to see what happens.
If you already sent one: back out, delete that draft, then call your carrier and say one sentence — "Please block international text messages on my line." Then open your carrier app and read your recent charges slowly. The charge often doesn't show up today. It lands on next month's bill, sometimes labeled premium SMS.
💬 Comment the word "human" and I'll send you the one-page checklist — the three tells and the three moves, in order.
