It combines two cutting edge technologies: collaborative robots and highly sensitive photon counting spectral X-ray imaging detectors. The robotic system operation is shown on a high performance bike frame that has undergone high load testing. The system creates 2D high resolution, high contrast images and it is ready also for CT and tomosynthesis for inspection in 3D.
