Our First Week Off Grid in Appalachia Didn't Go as Planned

In this week's episode, join us as we prepare for our first longer term stay on the farm in our cabin. We set up some basic off grid infrastructure and problem solve some unplanned for set backs. Welcome To Bare Root Beginning! We are a family that lives between two very different worlds. Join us as we adventure, live, and work along Florida's Emerald Coast and build our off grid homestead in the Eastern Kentucky Appalachian region in between.
