NGULA YA VUTIVI STORY: Chief and municipalities 14-09-17

As part of our Heritage Month series, this week Ngula Ya Vutivi pays Tribute to the EPP Mhinga of the Mhinga Roya House, who served as the Education Minister of the then Gazankulu Homeland. Part of his legacy was facilitate the building of over 155 schools in the Homeland.
