A little while ago, I gave Rakdos Aggro a shot with some of the new cards from The Hobbit. I was very impressed with both the Nighthowl Purser and the Desolation Prowler. But the deck didn't quite feel as smooth as it need to be and the mana base seemed to be one of the things that was limiting its potential. So this deck gets rid of the red and leans fully into going mono black. It has a very low to the ground curve, looking to put aggressive creatures onto the field on turns 1, 2 and 3. With this insane pressure, the deck is able to start threatening lethal on turn 4.
