We did the historic 50th National MILO Marathon at its Vermosa leg in Imus, Cavite and checked out the local mall, Ayala Malls Vermosa. As someone in their late 40s who's just getting the hang of running and joining fun runs, it really is a matter of challenging yourself to get better every chance you get. More than chasing "PRs" or Personal Records, it's about finally committing to a healthier lifestyle and prioritizing what's good for you. Here's hoping I keep at it!
