First Responders Training at Rome Business School | Empowering Citizens to Save Lives.

An emergency can happen at any time, and in those critical first few minutes, what someone does or fails to do can make all the difference. At the First Responders Training held at Rome Business School, Health Emergency Initiative, in partnership with LFR International and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), provided participants with practical knowledge and lifesaving skills to respond appropriately during emergencies. The goal is simple: to build a culture where people do not just stand by, take pictures, or wait for help, but are confident and prepared to act. Beyond learning for themselves, participants are encouraged to cascade this knowledge to their families, colleagues, friends, and communities, creating a wider network of people capable of responding when lives are at risk. One of the responders shared that after the training, she now feels more confident and prepared to act during an emergency: a reflection of the impact these trainings are designed to create.
