The engineer role provides a great opportunity for players who aren’t the best shot when using a rifle but want to contribute to their team and win games. The engineers greatest strengths is the ability to set up defences to prevent the enemy team from advancing, to place anti vehicle mines to destroy tanks and trucks and to provide their commander with resources to destroy the enemy. Engineers have a far greater range of responsibilities than most other roles on the battlefield, such as placing resource nodes for your teams, resource allocation and the commanders call in abilities or spending time driving supply trucks to build defensives. You are also responsible for placing supplies via the supply truck for back up spawn points known as garrisons.
