New Artificial Eye Project & Free Drug Rehabilitation Centre Coming to Charsadda | Exclusive Intervw

Sadees Asmat, Director of Sadees Medical Complex and Mercy Health Foundation, has announced that a modern artificial-eye technology project will soon be launched in Charsadda to help restore vision among blind people. Speaking to the MUJ Media Digital Office Podcast, Mr Asmat said the Chief Executive of Sadees Medical Complex, Asmat Asar, is currently visiting China to explore the technology and arrangements for bringing the facility to Charsadda. He also highlighted the medical complex's successful cochlear implant programme, through which more than 200 children under the age of five have received support to restore hearing and speech, with many now attending school. The interview also covers plans for a free drug rehabilitation centre, youth sports and awareness programmes, support for orphan and deserving children, school furniture, anti-dengue activities, and the installation of more than 100 hand pumps to provide clean drinking water.
