Part 1: Enter Palmont City *This video was recorded from OBS Studios, and rendered in 1080p HD. I do NOT own anything from Electronic Arts. All rights reserved #NeedForSpeed #NFS #Carbon #NeedForSpeedCarbon #PS3 #Walkthrough Following the end of storyline after defeating Razor in Need for Speed Most Wanted (2005), the player desperately escapes Rockport City, fleeing from the police led by Cross. The main hero still possesses his legendary BMW M3 GTR, which he drives through the canyons at night as he makes his way to a new city called Palmont City, a battleground city divided into various turfs. However, Cross unexpectedly tracks down the player and continues to pursue him. During this escape, the player's BMW M3 GTR is totaled. Soon after, Darius is introduced to Cross and meets the main protagonist, who had previously borrowed his blue Toyota Supra to race against Kenji, Angie, and Wolf. Darius helps the player escape from Cross while it was ultimately unsuccessful. Shortly afterward, Nikki, the player’s girlfriend from the past, appears and takes him to meet Neville, who helps him select three new cars to use in the next chapter of his Career. 0:30- Neville Tribute 2:02- Intro 3:44- Menu 7:07- Intro Cutscene 10:24- Escaping Cross 11:32- Cutscene 14:32- Car Selection (Selecting Exotic Class: Alfa Romeo Brera) 17:21- Test Drive 20:00- Crew Tutorial 23:21- Police Pursuit 25:42- Free Roam 26:21- Safe House Tips: -At the beginning of Career Mode, after your car gets totaled during the escape from Cross, you'll have the opportunity to select three new cars that Darius has provided for you, featuring the Mazda RX-8, 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS, and Alfa Romeo Brera to start your career in the game. Here’s a breakdown of the car classes available: Tuner: Tuners excel in cornering due to their responsive handling. Making the most of their superior handling can give you a significant advantage, allowing you to outpace opponents on turns. This class is highly suggested by many players in the game. Muscle: Muscle cars are known for their top speed and acceleration, thriving in straight-line racing. While you can leave competitors behind on the straights, be cautious—don’t fixate on your rearview mirror or look back for too long, as this could lead to a crash. Although Muscle cars perform exceptionally in straight lines, they can struggle with cornering, so it's important to pay attention to the curves. Some players argue that this class can be effective for overtaking leaders in Canyon Duels. Exotic: Exotic cars offer a balance between speed and cornering, making them suitable for both racing and police pursuits, while still prioritizing top speed. Players should focus on appropriately balancing gas and braking to navigate corners effectively and find the perfect apex at each turn. Choose wisely among these options to kick off your career! -In the Crew Tutorial, Nikki will teach you about the techniques related to Crew's special abilities. To activate a Crew Member's ability and trigger their support during the race, press the designated button. Keep in mind that there is a cooldown period for the ability meter after using a Crew's ability, as it takes time to recharge. This meter is displayed in the top left corner of your HUD. There are three different types of Crew abilities: Blocker: This ability can be charged and used like a cruise missile to attack opponents during the race. Drafter: A Crew Member can use their boost with this ability. Activating it allows you to draft your Crew Member in front, giving you a significant speed boost similar to an infinite nitrous effect. Scout: A Crew Racer can locate shortcuts using this ability during the race. If you follow behind their trails, you may find an alternate route to a shortcut, as a dotted line will be displayed on your GPS map indicating where each shortcut is located. Don't miss a chance to take a shortcut whenever your wingman tells you. Make sure to take advantage of the shortcuts when your Crew Member has the Scout ability! -Additionally, if you have a save file of Need for Speed Most Wanted (2005), you can get $10,000 bonus to start your Career. Only works on PS2 and GameCube as secrets. NFS Carbon (PS3) Playlist    • Need for Speed Carbon (PS3) Walkthrough 100%
