There are days you're tired, days you're ill, days you're carrying an injury, and days when you simply don't feel like going. But you turn up anyway. That's where the real progress happens. It's not just about earning a belt. It's about pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, learning to keep going when things get difficult, and becoming a better version of yourself along the way. You don't have to be the best in the room. You just have to be willing to start, keep showing up and improve a little bit every time.
