Cooking 'Toasted' Chicken, Couscous and Peas on my wood stove

My Clearview Vision 500 wood stove is lit most evenings through autumn, winter and early spring - so it made sense to me to learn how to cook some tasty simple meals on it. The stove is lit anyway, so the heat is 'free', and it feels good to save money and reduce the electricity I use. Also, I enjoy cooking this way - every meal is a mini-adventure and great fun!
