Pro Stringer Claws - A Deep Cleaning

The chrome Pro Stringer Claws are created with a laser engraving that after a number of stringings will require a cleaning in order to continue holding with no slipping. I have found that a regular cleaning without disassembling the claw is not quite deep enough. I suggest the simple process of taking the claw apart in order to perform a deep and thorough cleaning. I use non acetone polish remover as it dissolves the polyurethane build up from multis much better than regular rubbing alcohol. I also make use of a soft copper bristled brush that is easily found at a local hardware store or online. This video shows how easy it is to do a deep cleaning with the Pro Stringer Claws.
