Svalbard Glacier Fjord Cruise

Fjord cruise on the Billefjord in Svalbard from Longyearbyen past the Esmark glacier, to Barentsburg and back to Longyearbyen. The Barentsburg portion is covered in a separate video on this channel. We head out from port towards the Esmark glacier and along the way pass through endless amounts of sea ice which provides for quite a viewing experience..after stopping at the glacier we head west towards Barentsburg and along the way a meal is prepared on deck by the crew in -6°F weather.
