Guided Meditation for Spiritual Protection

Beautiful day lovely humans. Thank you so much for returning to my YouTube Channel. If this is your first time here LET ME LOVE ON YOU!!! - muahzzz 😙 I decided to upload this guided mediation as a way to help individuals become familiar with the routine of locking their energy. There are different ways to go about spiritual protection. I doubt that there's a one size fits all. I think it's best to do what is most comfortable to you. Years ago I saw someone showing how to lock energy this way, and it's always stayed with me as part of my practice. My hope is that in time, this routine becomes second nature to you.
