Creedence Clearwater Revival 🔥 Southern Rock Legends | Live at Woodstock 1969 (Inspired Tribute)

🔥 THE BAND THAT GOT ERASED FROM THE WOODSTOCK MOVIE Welcome to Midnight Wire Sessions. This session is a tribute inspired by one of the most overlooked performances in festival history — the pre-dawn hours of August 17, 1969, Woodstock Music & Art Fair, Bethel, New York. Creedence Clearwater Revival was the very first band to sign a contract for Woodstock, yet landed a 1am slot to a crowd that had largely fallen asleep. Adding insult to injury, at John Fogerty's own insistence, their performance was left out of the iconic Woodstock documentary entirely — leaving this legendary hour-long set forgotten for decades until its official release in 2019. This session recreates that lost set in full — twangy swamp-rock riffs, driving rhythm, and raspy Southern-drawled vocals, all captured with the warm, unpolished character of a real 1969 outdoor festival recording. 🎧 PERFECT FOR: Late-night listening & reflection Deep focus & studying Fans of swamp-rock & Southern rock storytelling Lovers of raw, historically inspired live recordings Anyone who loves music history's forgotten performances Long drives & quiet evenings 🎵 FULL TRACKLIST: 00:00 - Fortunate Son 04:50 - Born on the Bayou 09:51 - Bootleg 14:11 - Night Time Is the Right Time 18:26 - Green River 23:31 - Night Time Is the Right Time 28:09 - Commotion 32:02 - I Put a Spell on You 37:09 - Down on the Corner 41:49 - Proud Mary 46:47 - Bad Moon Rising 51:42 - Ninety-Nine and a Half 56:35 - Susie Q 👉 If this session moved you, hit LIKE, drop a comment telling us which track hit you hardest, and SUBSCRIBE to Midnight Wire Sessions for more legendary tributes, historic concert recreations, and live concert-style sessions every week. 🔁 Share this with someone who loves classic Southern rock history. 🔔 Turn on notifications so you never miss a new session. #MidnightWireSessions #CreedenceClearwaterRevival #Woodstock1969 #SouthernRockLegends
