01.04 Interactive PID controller design

Wherein a PID controller is designed using an interactive PID controller design in Python with Jupyter. A symbolic closed-loop transfer function is developed with sympy, converted to a control package TransferFunction object, and simulated within a widget that includes sliders for the PID controller gains.
