May All Beings Benefit ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Medicine Buddha Sadhana – a Tibetan Buddhist Varjrayana Mantra Mediation practice – is one of the most efficacious and esteemed wisdom methods of personal transformation that has been practiced in Tibet by Monks and lay practitioners alike for centuries. The core of this method is mantra recitation accompanied by visualizations. The mantra of this practice is Tadyatha Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha . The goal is to awaken, deepen and expand our intrinsic love and compassion that is simultaneously the path, fruition and ultimate guide for all Buddhist practices within the Tibetan tradition. In this video, I have formatted the traditional text of this practice to dovetail with each verse of the chant which I recorded in my home studio. I layered three separate tracks of my self chanting to create the audio component of this video. This particular version is practiced at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra Monastery and affiliate centers world wide as part of their regular practices.
