The Best Burger in Cebu City Isn't Where You Think

I ranked burger spots in Cebu City, from a late-night bar to a shipping-container diner, to find the best burger in Cebu. As an American who's lived in Cebu City for 4 years, I know what a real burger is supposed to taste like. In this video I score every burger and compare each one. That includes a Texas-style smokehouse in Mandaue, Sal's Kitchen in Mabolo, and Dubby's in Mandaue, where around 90% of the team are PWDs. No sponsorships, just an honest ranking. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🍔 BURGER SPOTS IN THIS VIDEO Black Smokehaus — Texas-style BBQ smokehouse (Alang-Alang, Mandaue) → https://maps.app.goo.gl/qxfKBvLWEyn16...
